The Foundation has given over $10,000 in award monies to winners of the James Monroe Scholarship Award. Previous winning papers are posted below. Participants in the competition are encouraged to read past selections before sending in their submissions. Every year, both the number and the quality of submissions has improved markedly. With the prize increases and extra time allotted to participants, the competition was strong this year.
With the generous contributions of previous sponsors including Stan Klos and the James Monroe Bank, recent awards have been increased from previous competitions.
