Chris Winslow is the Chairman of the James Monroe Scholarship Award and serves as a member of the Board of Regents of the James Monroe Museum and Memorial Library. As Delegate Rob Bell’s campaign manager and legislative assistant, Chris acquired a working knowledge of the political process in Virginia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mary Washington College and is author of “Measuring the Legitimacy of the American Political System.” A member of the Naval Reserve, he works in Washington, DC. Chris received his Juris Doctor at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in May 2006 and recently returned from deployment to Djibouti, Africa.
